Our return policy lasts 14 days and we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, please return your original item(s) according to following steps and place a new order online at www.sayki.com
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days upon receiving. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In addition, we can’t offer refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged or had missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods such as gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods such as socks, boxers etc or personal care items are exempt from being returned.
For orders over $250, the first return is free. The shipping costs of the following returns for the same order belong to the customer. Shipping costs for orders below $ 250 are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is below $250 and you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to return your product(s);
- Firstly login to register your return in My Account. Go to Order List.
- Start return process.
- Send your products to us free of charge via UPS with the shipping code which will be appear on your screen when you started the return process.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Free shipping on all exchanges/returns to our Returns Center. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
