SAYKI offers standard shipping on all orders, with free shipping on orders above $99. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on order value and destination. You can view applicable rates during checkout.
What is SAYKI's return policy?
All SAYKI items purchased online or in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, gift cards are non-refundable, and underwear or swimwear can only be returned if still in original, unopened packaging.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange your items through the following methods:
Online: Visit account.sayki.com, go to your Orders page, and select the order you'd like to return. If your items meet the eligibility conditions, you can submit a return request from the order details. Final sale items are marked as unreturnable and cannot be submitted for a return.
By mail: Send your items back using a prepaid shipping label. Contact our Customer Service team to request one.
In-store: Bring your items to any SAYKI store for a refund or exchange.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The barcode must be intact and scannable. Items with any damage, missing tags, or alterations will not be accepted.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless still in original, unopened packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
SAYKI offers free first returns or exchanges for all orders. For subsequent returns or exchanges of the same order, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
